BALSAMIC VINEGAR

AEONS Balsamic is matured for a minimum of 1 year with the final 6 months of the maturation process taking place in traditional oak barrels. The influence of the wood provides a complex of aromas and flavors.
It provides a rich sweet and sour flavor and a unique velvet aroma in all foods in which it is being used. Its acidity is elegant and delicate thus adding finesse (Acidity 6%).
